The lads had their first league game of the season on Sunday and what a cracking match it was !! 💪⚽️💚 Some incredible teamwork on display, each and everyone of them battling hard and creating chance after chance.
After hitting the bar twice and post unfortunately we couldn't seal the win and ended in a draw, after a screaming goal from James and a late equaliser from Elliott ⚽️⚽️
A great game of nonstop action from both sides 👏 Already looking forward to the reverse fixture.
Players of the Match went to Luca and Finlay
For their efforts, we'll done lads !! 🏆💚⚽️

💚⚽ COULD YOU BE OUR NEXT COACH? ⚽💚

Doncaster United JFC continues to grow — and so does the need for more great people to help develop the next generation of young footballers.

Over the past year, we’ve already helped develop numerous coaches, supporting them with experience, qualifications and opportunities to grow within the game.

We’re now looking for both:

⚽ New coaches wanting to get started and gain experience
⚽ Experienced coaches who would like to give something back and help develop young players

📅 Possible regular coaching opportunities:
Tuesday evenings | Wednesday evenings | Saturday mornings

No previous coaching experience is needed to get involved. We’re looking for positive, reliable people with a passion for football and helping young players enjoy the game.

For those with the relevant experience and qualifications, there may also be paid coaching opportunities available.

Whether you’re looking to start your coaching journey or bring your experience into a growing club, we’d love to hear from you.

💚 Develop players. Develop coaches. Grow the game.

Last Saturday saw the lads venture over to Rotherham for a friendly fixture with Rotherham United CT.
An absolute goal fest of a game from both sides, against some top quality opposition.
Can't thank the guys there enough for the opportunity to play and compete in such a welcoming and positive environment and top notch facilities. 💪❤️⚽️

The Following week the lads faced Bawtry on our home ground of Cantley Park for the return fixture, and what a game it was !!! 💪💚⚽️
A seven goal home team thriller with minimal conceded, we were well and truelly on top form not just attacking wise but solid defensively aswell.
After the unlucky defeat last time round this made the victory mean so much more to the lads and the hard work they put in week after week.
Players of the Match went to Frankie, not just for his outstanding performance in defensive tackles but also his decision making, clean passing, and creative opportunities in transitions to attack.
And Elliott, absolutely bossing the midfield and wing positions, again with not just creativity but a solid strong performance with many assists and also bagging one himself.
Goals from Elliott ⚽️
Elijah ⚽️
Jacko ⚽️⚽️
And Luca with an outstanding hatrick ⚽️⚽️⚽️
Definitely will go down as one of the best team performances of the season !!!, really well done lads 💪💚⚽️
