☂️🌧
Hands up… who’s ready to keep the yoga flowing (and stay dry indoors)? 🧘♀️☔
🌦️ Weather Update – Saturday Yoga on the Green 🌦️
The weather forecast for Saturday morning is currently not looking very favourable.
In the event of wet weather, Yoga on the Green WILL STILL GO AHEAD but will be moved indoors to Willowbed Hall.
Join Emily Denton of Sukha as planned for a relaxing and welcoming session - just in a slightly different setting if needed! 🧘♀️

My yoga classes are open to all ages and all levels 🤍
Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or you’ve been flowing for years, you’ll fit right in.
I teach a vinyasa flow style class, so yes… it can be strong 🔥
But don’t let that put you off. There are always plenty of options, layers, and ways to make it work for your body on the day.
We build the flow gradually throughout the session, so you can really understand the poses and the purpose behind the movement… not just going through the motions, but actually feeling it.
One of my favourite things is watching people surprise themselves.
Finding strength they didn’t realise they had, or moving in a way they didn’t think they could 💫
But more than anything, this is a space where you leave comparison at the door.
No comparing yourself to anyone else. Not even to who you were last week.
Just come as you are.
Move how you feel.
Let go of expectations.
There’s a real freedom in that… and it’s where the magic tends to happen ✨
A chilled, supportive space to explore, move, and breathe.

Yoga on the Green is BACK and she understood the assignment 🌿☀️
Sun turned up. Birds on vocals. Kids providing chaotic park-side entertainment. Grass doing its thing. And us? Stretching, breathing, and occasionally questioning our balance… all part of the charm.
So many familiar faces, plus some gorgeous new ones (welcome to the gang 💛)
No pressure, no judgement, no “am I doing this right?” energy… just options for days and feel-good movement in the fresh air.
If you can breathe, you can do this.
If you can lie down on grass and call it self-care… even better 😌
Huge thank you to Chickerell Town Council and Sport England 🙌🏻🙌🏻
Same time next week?
Bring your mat, your mate, or just your lovely self.

11 absolute legends took on Mount Snowdon with me this weekend… and I could not be prouder 💛⛰️
Julie Lynes Sade Cullen Pamela Sapphire Sarah Lou South Heidi Collis Helen Jane Tara Gool Fiona James Amy-jayne Kilvert Megan Bowkett Love you all ❤️
It wasn’t just about getting to the top.
It was the moments in between…
The hilarious chats that turned into pep talks 💬
The slowing down so no one got left behind
The cheering, the laughing, the quiet grit when legs were tired and the path kept climbing.
Every single one of them kept going. And more than that… they lifted each other up the whole way 🙌
So far this year alone we’ve:
✨ Been on retreat
✨ Learned self defence
✨ Shaken up cocktails 🍸
✨ Hiked Weymouth to Lulworth Cove
✨ And now… Snowdon
For me, Sukha was never about having lots of "clients”? I wanted something much bigger… a proper community. Strong, supportive, slightly bonkers humans who show up for each other every single time 💥
This feels like the perfect extension of how I love to teach…
Strong, but accessible.
Empowering, but free-spirited.
A space where people feel brave enough to just give it a go… and realise they’re capable of so much more than they thought ✨
If you’re into fresh air, strong bodies, and good humans… you'll find us in a field, on the beach, at the green gym.... 😉
Here’s to more adventures, more laughs, and more “we did it together” moments 🌊🔥
