A few very delayed additional shots of the BHF's London to Brighton Off Road Bike Ride that I purchased.

What an epic day riding London to Brighton. It started out nice and cool with no wind and ended up a mudfest with headwinds. Let’s just say that even the best tyres had virtually no grip in the saturated muddy clay conditions. All in all….what an experience 👏🏻. Another medal to add to the collection.

The day has come….Tomorrow I do the London to Brighton off-road ride in support of the British Heart foundation. I’m amped for the completion and also really happy to support such a good cause. If any of you would like to support the cause, any donation would be greatly appreciated.

John Grover and I set off today to get some miles under the belt in preparation for London to Brighton in late September.
We did full Castleman Trail from Ringwood to Upton Country Park - 39 miles 👏🏻

This year I’ll be doing the BHF London to Brighton off-road event in memory of my adorable cat Sunshine who recently had to be put down due to cancer of his tongue.
He was very close to us and always showed so much love to all of us and we miss his presence every day.
He will always be remembered ❤️ for the impact he had on us.
