SW.1 Sports Horses

So Friday saw us up and out early for a trip to Lingfield Equine Vets with 5 star equine transport and the .

Scout hasn’t been feeling himself since his little RTC a couple of weeks ago.

My overnight worries about him not loading were swept aside when he walked happily into Alice’s lovely lorry and after a bit of banging he settled and travelled well. I expected a white lathered mess at the other end but not a drop of sweat in sight 🧡

He got to wear a funky head sensor, leg sensor and back sensor to aid some assessment magic. Sadly it confirmed he is lame in his right hind so now we wait for a hospital referral for a bone scan 😢

Huge thank you to the LEV team, Graham Hunter (sorry about your sensor and I hope it’s found🤞🏻), Celia, Sarah Heritage and Amy for looking him and to Paula and Amy for keeping me topped up with coffee ☕️☕️

With a bit of ‘food persuasion’ he loaded to come home and returned safe and sound back to his field buddies thanks to the driving skills of Alice Harcombe. Can’t thank you enough for today 💐

Been a while since I updated this page .. life seems to have got in the way and there have certainly been a few bumps in the road ..

However, the horses are still being horses and next years hay bill will probably be bigger than the last 💰🔥😢
