We're a fun, friendly, inclusive bunch who train hard, laugh harder, and support each other every step of the way. Whether you're looking to get fitter, meet new people, or discover your new favourite sport, there's a place for you at the Ravenettes.

Don't worry if you don't know the rules—we'll teach you everything you need to know. Just bring yourself, some trainers or boots, a drink, and a willingness to give it a go!

Another fantastic training session yesterday for The Ravenettes!!

Rugby for women has so many more benefits than just fitness. It’s a sense of belonging and accomplishment. It gives women confidence and strength. Resilience and determination.

If you’re thinking about it then please come join us for one of our training sessions and give it a go.

You won’t regret it!!!

Training is Thursday 6:00-7:30pm and Sunday 2:00-4:00pm. Everyone is welcome no matter your ability or fitness level.
