Thanku RHS for a fabulous week .

We started on Thursday with Rich Man Poor Man winning the Tattersalls Open Scottish Championship Final for the 2 nd time , we then went up to the main ring for the middleweight Hunters Robbie thrived in the atmosphere to be pulled top and giving the judge a fabulous ride stayed to win .

Next up was Morean Hamilton fabulous Small Hunter the 7 yr old Atmospheric she blew me away giving me a fantastic ride, pulled top and again rode beautifully for the ride judge to stay to win, so delighted with this fabulous mare .
A quick change over on to Robbie and my sister Andrea Hodgson taking the ride on atmospheric (toff) for the championship both horses thrived on having the whole of the main ring .and for Robbie to stand Hunter Champion , Overall Ridden Hunter Champion & Overall Supreme Hunter Champion .
Robbie has blown me away this week winning the Middleweight Hunters at Cheshire County and then going all the way at the Royal Highland Show .

Friday was cob day and Mr Bear 🐻 won a great class of lightweight cobs collecting his hoys ticket and going on to stand Res Champion.
Morrows Highwayman again gave both myself and the ride Judge a fabulous ride to stand 3 Rd in a strong heavyweight class.

Saturday was the turn of our junior jockey 9 year old Prestyn Patterson and the gorgeous Celton Avallon in the hoys m&m first ridden to take 2 nd pace in a huge class and with the highest show mark of 48/50 we were thrilled, unfortunately both his classes clashed although managing to run from one ring to jump on to his 13 Hh Shp and do his go round and show he was not able to return for the final line up so we retired William .
We have had the most amazing week and I thank our sponsors,Farriers, Physio’s and our team at home and the show .

On Monday we headed to the Scottish Spring Show Puddledub fantastically ran by Fiona Reed . With 5 horses on board and 4 having their first show of the season we had a great day .
First up was Morean Hamilton beautiful small hunter Atmospheric beautifully ridden by my sister Andrea Hodgson to take the Small Hunter Class and then go Overall Hunter Champion.
Next up was the beautiful ex racehorse Richard Struass at only his 2 nd show to take Res Champion Hack we were delighted how he settled into his new job and just needs to see a little more showgrounds .
Onto the cobs and Mr Bear was just a little to pleased to be at his first show of the season and was just a touch exuberant in his class but he always makes us smile and came home with a 2 nd .
Next up was Morrows Highwayman who really has come into himself this season giving both myself and the judge a fabulous ride to take the heavyweight cobs and stand Cob Champion.
Last but not least was Andrea and her own Jan who jumped a fantastic round to win the Blair qualifier , then jumped a good round in the RI qualifier just having a couple a little mistakes but went on to stand Res Working Hunter Champion . Thanku to Nigel , Julie and Holly and to the girls holding the fort at home
