From next Monday 10 th November we will be open 3 nights a week Monday,Tuesday and Thursday 5pm to 7pm latest time you can arrive is 6-30 , we thank you all for your continued support x

Evening sessions, 5-7pm restart this week, Tuesday 25th & Thursday 27th, we look forward to seeing you soon.

We are open as normal Friday 21st March however we will close at 10.45am. Thanks for your patience and u understanding.

Due to having no staff available, the gym will be closed Thursday morning 20th February. Our apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Happy New Year to all our gym users. We’ve got off to a great start as numbers increased in our first week back.

We are currently open mornings 9-11am Monday to Friday. Staff are in before 9 to clean, check and prepare equipment. Last entry 10.30am. Pop in and have a look at the gym equipment.

You will receive a warm welcome, and an induction if a new member, whether wanting to increase fitness, get toned, exercise indoors during the winter months, and access to a community gym on your doorstep.

Langley Park community Fitness Suite Due to the low attendance we have made the hard decision tonight to close the evening gym sessions till the end of the school holidays morning gym sessions will carry on as usual.

Summer holidays opening hours.

From Monday 29th July, the gym will be open, Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings, apart from the bank holiday 26th August when closed.

Evening openings are Monday, Wednesday and Thursdays.

Normal hours will resume in September, check back end of summer for the exact date.
