πŸŒ™Each dry night at Wharton Park the Rangers leave out a moth trap so that we can record any flying visitors to the park in the morning. With the recent changeable weather there have been mixed results but we are reaching the peak soon. Here is a little montage of our recent morning moth (and whatever else snuck into the cosy trap) checks.

If you'd like to come and chat with a Ranger and try a few techniques of gently catching daytime insects to observe and record them, why not come to our upcoming bioblitzes and Big Butterfly Count? All welcome and completely free.πŸ¦‹
