Another early start for a pre season friendly. Managed to fit quite a few in this year which helps massively. Hoping we continue the winning run into the start of the season. We have seen some real team performances of late, let’s keep it going lads! We can’t wait for the season…bring it on 🦁

A great start to our pre season fitness tonight. It was a tough session but it will benefit all players and the team if we can keep the momentum going over the summer! Huge thanks to James for the guidance and creating the 6 week program for us to follow!
