New Durham v Belmont 3-1 🖤💛

Today's match was a local derby game at Bowburn in a notoriously tight game & that's exactly how the 1st half played out.

Some good football played at times from both teams. We got our noses in front from a great press by JC pinching the ball high & slotting it home. Unfortunately Belmont equalised breaking from their own half, going one on one with Nate & slotting in. So 1-1 at halftime.

We made changes & a word with the lads to get the ball down on the floor & move it just a bit quicker.

The lads listened & did the job, scoring our own end to end goal with Joe slotting home cutting in from the left.

Adam then sealed the game turning in the box & picking his spot in the far corner.

A good weekend for the lads both Saturday & Sunday with all the lads doing their jobs, a target was set on Thursday for 6 points & the lads delivered 👌
