This match wasn’t just any game; it was a crucial qualifier, showcasing the Lionesses' determination and skill against the reigning world champions. 🏆

As I watched our incredible team in action, I couldn't help but feel a surge of pride. Seeing the names of all the former Lionesses, including my own legacy number—137—being honoured in the players tunnel was truly special.

For those who may not know, each Lioness is assigned a legacy number that represents their contribution to women's football in England. It’s a reminder of the journey we’ve all taken to elevate the game and inspire future generations.

Tonight we focused on turning with the ball and hitting the target! We worked hard on controlling passes, quickly turning away from defenders, and firing shots with purpose and accuracy 🎯

Great effort from everyone the improvements in technique and confidence in front of goal were clear to see!

Keep practicing those turns and sharp finishes! 💪🔥

Tip: Turning to create space and shoot is a key attacking skill that helps players beat defenders and finish with confidence — just like we worked on tonight!
