Our adult classes will start back on Thursday 3rd of December. You must pre-book to attend. Contact number - 07931271239 Steve Newland.

The Amateur Boxing club will be start back on Friday 4th.

Powerday hooks will be re opening next week and our adult class will start on the 1st of september. Everyone who attends our adult classes must book there space calling Steve, there will be limited spaces due to covid. All attendees are advised to get to the class 6.50pm to go through club policies.

Class times for our adult classes continue as before.
Kids classes are on Saturday Only at 10am and 11am please call for more details.

Following advice from our landlords old actonians we will be closing the Gym from today until further notice. We will keep you updated weekly thank you.

This Saturday the boxers will be showcasing there skills with pads and sparring. Food and drink and Olympic gold medalists and World champion james de gale will be attending our fund raiser.

A reminder to our members the gym will be closed from Friday 6th to the 8th of September and will be back open the Monday 9th of September.

We have been advised not to open the gym saturday due to the event in gunnersbury park sorry for the inconvenience if you could pass it on to anyone please do all classes cancelled saturday

And well done to our other entries, the 2 Mo's and Dylan, who lost a close one to a top kid unbeaten in 3 years.
