A children's health and fitness session, aimed to build upon Fundamental Movement Skills and improve Physical Literacy, while also creating a lifelong love of being physically active. Suitable for all abilities and inclusive in nature, our sessions use games and fun to deliver the foundations of fitness, working on cardiovascular, strength, balance, coordination and agility.
