I have always used Dave Ryding and Marcel Hirshir as model for optimal/ideal skiing.

1. Look at Marcels upper body, look how he is holding his poles - Even good skiers / Racers don't have this movement capability. This is one of the 5 essentials: Upperbody counteracting.

2. The flexed legs in transition. I see so many racers I see extending in transition - are you rising while others are flexing and tipping.

What MOVEMENT are you focusing on in the new upcoming skiing season.
