Due to popular demand I am now running a second gentle pilates class every Tuesday at 4.45pm at The Natural Fitness Centre.
This class is perfect for anyone who wants relaxation, a mindful connection to your body, building strength, while listening to your bodies needs. Different levels are taught, and adjustments to suite your own body, giving you the perfect environment to get to know YOU ❤️

Horay I finally finished my physiotherapy degree 🙌
It's been 3 years of dedicated commitment and I couldn't have done it without the support of my lecturers, tutor, friends, family and my boyfriend Stuart.
After struggling through my first year with high levels of stress, chronic pain in neck and shoulders, I was diagnosed with dyslexia, given a tutor to help me structure my writing and that was the beginning of me going from strength to strength. I can't believe how with that extra support I was able to pass with a first class honours 🙃❤.
Brighton University has been so supportive through my journey, thank you 😊 ❤ 👏

Hi I'm a qualified level 3 sports massage therapist and I am offering 60 minute treatments for £35 over the summer while I'm taking a break from my physiotherapy studies.
Sports massage is a great way to treat your body if it is feeling sore or tired. It is also a space where we can discuss training and mobility and what can compliment your training schedule.
I believe strength and mobility are both important to feel amazing in our bodies.
