Pb squat for a double at 125kg. Top bench at 57.5kg. 5 weeks out to wrpf qualifier in Great Yarmouth feeling good and weight holding steady. Hugest thank you to for his encouragement along with mine and Kevs normal fun filled chatty sesh. 🤩

Happy Birthday to the moat amazing man, my husband.
The man who came into my life
A good week of training. 110kg squats for doubles. 55kg bench for 3x2 which is massive for me. Only ever done a single before and 140kg deadlift. 5 weeks out this Sunday.
First podcast out, super happy. 2nd podcast has been recorded and is due out soon and 3rd is booked. Super excited about my guests and so honoured that they wanted to chat with me.
Week 2 of rehab done,Friday as usual with .Deadlift worked up to 100kgx5,squat beltless,sleeveless and barefoot 60kgx3x5 pb,bench worked up to 55kgx5.8kg down since went into hospital.Feeling weak as,but also the fittest I've felt for a long time.Will know more on Wednesday after ECG and more bloods.F**k you heart failure,plenty of fight in this old dog yet.
Picking up and putting down circles last week. 115kg Deads, 120kg squat and 52.5 kilo lump bench. All chugging along nicely. Kev even got back to some light training this week which was awesome to see.

Not being able to lift has allowed me to get stuck into my courses.Really enjoyed this one,on to level 3 now.Thank you as always to Nicky for supporting me.
Our weekly trip to for my session with . 😊 2x110kg squat followed by this 115 x3. Then bench pb of 2@ 55 and then backdowns shown at 47.5
All in all a good day at the office 8 weeks to go . Cold gone so looking forward to pushing this. And thank you for helping push me along and encouragement. And last but not least my amazing husband Kev. ❤️
A few bits from training. 110 x3 squat, 52.2 bench for 3x2 and 130 x 2 DL. All with a cold and stress but 9 weeks out so im happy with that. As always my amazing husband has my back even with all he has going on. My world. And as always my A Team and keeping me grounded with coaching and nutrition, advice and all round awesomeness.

Snapshot of this week. 120kg on deads, 100kg on squats and 50 on bench with as always my Friday sesh at with and a fab sesh it was too with the queen of squats herself and of course Kev watching and supporting as always.

Back to it after hols. Nice and easy does it. 115 deads, 95kg squat not shown nice and light to get used to wraps and 47.5 x5 bench. Looking forward comp in July. Kec making sure I'm pushing my accessories now as well.
