Good morning friends and followers 🌈
I have space in my Saturday morning class at 11am. Suitable for 5 year olds, this is currently being run on zoom. Please message me if you are interested . Your child does not need a yoga mat or any previous experience 🥳 my classes are fun and engaging. Give it a go!

Another lovely class today! we talked about what makes us happy, we danced , sang ,stretched and relaxed 🌈 yoga for children can be fun and engaging not just postures.
Kids love yoga ! Ask me how I can bring this into your child’s life . It might just be what they need right now ❤️

When you know know you are doing the right thing. I absolutely love my Saturdays with these two 😍 we talked about what we love about ourselves and what makes us happy.
We also danced to Taylor swift and shook it all off 🙌🏽🔥 😄 and some of us had a lovely shavasana 😂

I had the pleasure of teaching Eli on Saturday over zoom. He was a bit shy as it was our first meeting and it was virtual ! With a little encouragement from myself and mummy he soon relaxed ❤️
I was able to keep Eli engaged with a story and also incorporated some dinosaurs into our practice together and even involve his favourite fluffies he brought to class 🦕 🦖 . He enjoyed it so much we are meeting again this weekend 😃
