Weekend ended better than it had started, after the spill at Knockhill confidence had taken a massive hit, going into morning practice I had nothing but issue with the quick shifter again, missing gears false neutrals so the whole session was a write off, turned the quick shifter off and went out for qualifying and it was a different bike to ride never missed a beat, P14 for qualifying, race one I had an issue with the gear shifter linkage coming loose so that made every lap harder and harder to reach the shifter, eventually ran out of fuel and came back round in the van of shame, Sunday was miles better, race 2 finished last and same again race 3, decided not to go out in the final race, over all happy with the weekend the main goal of the weekend was to just get back on the bike and spin laps so happy to finish 2/3 of the races I started and got a lot more room to push on again next time I’m out.

Well parts and a new helmet on order bike and fairings mostly fixed, fingers crossed the posty gets them here in time for east fortune this weekend

Well track day at Knockhill ended quickly over shot and ran into the gravel and down I went, minimal damage to the bike and I’m okay hopefully get it all sorted for east fortune this weekend

Wee Race report from first race weekend at east fortune, few teething issue with the bike but nothing major, qualified p18, Race one finished p18 again, Race 2 issue with the quick shifter on corner exit cost me a few places so finished p17, Race 3 DNF again more quick shifter issues put me out of the race but other wise great first weekend, walked away with 1:13.8 lap during race two can't wait for next round in a few weeks
