Week 39/52
The contrast of me at work vs me when I have plans 😅
Life is super easy breezy right now (maybe even a little boring)
Soaking in every sunset/sunrise before it is dark when I leave for work and dark when I leave

Lowk looking older at 18-20 than I do at 26 🫠
The amount of times I hear that being ‘healthy’ is expensive..
But being ‘unhealthy’ comes with an even bigger price - your confidence, happiness, quality of life!!
Trust me I know 😭😭
18-20 year old me had no concern about what she was putting in her body, no desire to exercise..
I would hate to imagine where I would be physically and mentally if I carried on that way😖
So when I say, investing finances into coaching and investing time into your health is the best investment you’ll make, this is what I mean

Full of food, training & Lewis Capaldi!!
Started to introduce Hyrox specific movements into my training again - time to get race ready 🤪
Energy for everything right now has been high, so making the most of it as we all know it comes in waves 🩵

Another 3 month block complete by Lisa: 10kg down, stronger than ever & with a whole brand new mindset 🩵
Our focus:
1. Nutrition !!!
Lisa was already pretty comfortable with training to a plan, and her strength was progressing nicely. Nutrition is what was holding her back, so the last 3 months, Lisa has focused massively on her deficit & increasing her protein - & the results speak for themselves!!
We still have more progress to make but I am confident with this new drive alto continue to improve, we are going to see big changes happening soon 👀

Having the mindset of ‘I’ll start once *insert any regular life event* has happened’ is the exact reason you are stuck in the same place
Waiting for the perfect time to start is just another opportunity to procrastinate
You’ll make the most progress when life is chaotic and somehow you make it work, you still show up and do what you need to do
You’ve just got to be consistent 📈
