The Scottish Loose Jumping (Championship) is a breed independent event. Our intention is to build our annual event to further support & encourage breeding of quality jumping horses whilst culturing better recognition for Breeders & Owners. Intended as an opportunity to showcase natural jumping ability of young horses, this Championship has proven to be a successful tool in discovering future International Showjumping Stars.

Our Story
The Scottish National Loose Jumping Championship is a breed independent event. Our aim is to build our annual event to further support & encourage breeding of quality jumping horses & culture better recognition for performance horses in the UK.
We are a national competitive event which showcases jumping bred youngsters & provides a promotional platform for breeders, owners & potential buyers.
Our friendly, supportive environment invites all breeds of three & four year olds to be evaluated by recognised international judges via a format proven in recognising future equine stars. There are no qualifiers, a generous prize fund, unique advertising opportunities & a full colour promotional catalogue.
This year we are thrilled to announce our competition will be hosting the Breeders Elite Stallion Grading. Showjumping stallions will be evaluated during competition, with dressage stallions welcomed forwards afterwards.
European studbooks have long recognised the benefits of loose jumping events, where the focus is on showcasing talented jumping bred horses to evaluate their future competitive & breeding potential.
