Edinburgh Hockey Club Summer Camp 2026
Entry form for the EHC Summer Camp CAMP 1: Mon 6 - Fri 10 July 2026 at Meggetland
Our Hockey Camp programme design, just like our club senior and youth training sessions and game-play design, is guided by our EHC Lighthouse Principles, those of Excellence, Community and Heart.
We encourage Excellence not only in our technical and tactical skill acquisition/refinement and decision-making, but also in agreeing to bring our best efforts in the moment, on the day.
We foster our sense of Community by supporting each other through kind and honest feedback, engaging and developing our youth coaches within our coaching programme, and creating opportunities for players to build confidence and make lasting friendships.
Our Heart is visible in everything we do. It is evident in our coaching, umpiring, the roar from our supporters, and when we play the game we love.
We are so looking forward to sharing these values, along with spadeloads of fun and laughter with you all on the hockey pitch in July!

What a marvellous day out on the pitch with about 400 of our hockey pals from on Sunday for our Youth Festival of Hockey!
It was a recipe for FUN: a splash of sunshine ๐, a dollop of enthusiastic, dedicated coaches ๐ฃ๏ธ, a whistle of youth umpires (some more expressive than others ๐คท๐ฝ), a pinch of studious scorekeepers, fundraiser volunteers & admin ๐งฎ, plenty of applauding supporters ๐๐ฝ and ladles of enthusiastic, hockey-loving u8, u10 & u12 Hockey Beans ๐ ๐ซ
Once mixed together vigorously, we had the most wonderful taste of and
Thanks to for all your support for our hockey club and donating prizes for our raffle, as well as who donated snack bars for our hungry participants (to accompany fresh fruit and juice boxes). Shout out to all the winners and runners-up in each age group and division! ๐
๐ฅ๐ and thank you again to everyone involved (in case we missed someone) ๐๐๐๐โค๏ธ๐คธ If anyone has any team pics to share, please feel free to tag us in your post so we can ๐๐

A wee catch up about "stuff" the L1s have been up to (besides Julia breaking her arm). We're incredibly proud of our L1 Captain Fantastic, Amelia L, who represented Scotland Aspiring team over the Easter break. Amelia inspires us all to give nothing less than 100% on the pitch and always leads by example. Celebrations with Emily W and Tiff S on their selection to the Scotland Emerging team and their excellent results with the team over Easter. ๐๐โค๏ธ
The L1s had our last week together at training and out in Dundee for our final game of the season. Bittersweet as we reflect on the fantastic memories and the hockey we've played together but also say goodbye to our leavers who head off on new adventures (and hopefully return to us in the future). Thank you for the years you've shared with us and given your Excellence Heart and shared our Community ๐ซถ๐ผ
