Edinburgh CFC 0–3 Heriot-Watt University FC
A much-improved performance today in the cup against a Heriot-Watt side sitting second in the division above us.
We worked hard, competed throughout and showed some really good quality in spells. While the scoreline reads 0–3, we feel it doesn’t truly reflect the game and there are plenty of positives to take from today’s performance.
That was the challenge laid out before the game — to show a reaction and build on recent performances — and there were clear signs of progress.
We now turn our attention back to the league as we prepare to host Ormiston Primrose next week at St Marks Park.
