⏰Time: 9:20am - arrive 5 - 10 minutes before class starts if poss please

📍Where: North & South Leith Parish Halls, 6 Henderson Street, Leith, EH6 6BS

ℹ️What is it: A 45 minute Zumba dance fitness workout to fun Latin and world-music inspired beats plus some pop for good measure. 💃

Zumba isn’t about throwing perfect moves or taking yourself too seriously, we’re here to sweat, dance, have fun and leave smiling - after a sweaty post-class selfie of course! 📸

Wear trainers and comfy clothes/gym gear and remember to bring a water bottle as Zumba is a great cardio workout you can take at your own pace. 🔥

A silly selfie taken before an epic day of Zumba & Zumba Gold training last weekend in Haydock! Shoutout to for his world-class vibes and teaching. Host with the most and all the lovely Zins I got to dance with! ❤️ I’m now a Zumba Gold licensed instructor- now it’s time to work on what we learned and understand the ways it differs from regular Zumba. 🪩 Gold is designed for so many different people, ages and needs but is it still an incredibly motivating dance fitness party? Absolutely! 🙌💃 We’ll see where this next chapter takes me! 🫶
