Power up: Integrating headstand into your power flow practice

You might be as happy on your head as you are on your feet, or maybe you've never tried headstand or maybe you're somewhere in between? Wherever you stand (on your head), integrating headstand into a flow sequence results in a fun and dynamic practice.

This 2-hour session will offer a combination of 'workshop style teaching' of headstand variations and a strong, dynamic flow.

Workshop style teaching gives you the opportunity to fine tune and develop your practice. You don't need to be able to do headstand to attend this workshop; detailed instruction and demonstration will be given. Practitioners at all levels welcomed; previous yoga experience required.

Date: 28th February 2015 at 2pm- 4pm


This 2-hour workshop is £18
