Hey everyone! My classes at Leven Leisure Centre Fife Sports and Leisure Trust next Wednesday are being moved to the sports hall, for ONE WEEK! They can't change the capacity on the system (so it will say fully booked) HOWEVER, come along, bring 10 pals each!😆🙌

9:30am - Musical Theatre Fitness (mainly cardio)

10:20am - Body Conditioning (strength endurance)

11:15am - Senior Flex (balance, strength & mobility)

Let's pack out the sports hall and make it a party!!💃
