ReLax Egham is a new English Lacrosse initiative aimed at making lacrosse accessible in a fun and casual way for adults. Whether you are completely new to the game or want to pick your stick up again, we would love to have you. We will cover basic skills at the start and then play fun, small-sided lacrosse matches for the majority of the session. No need to have any equipment - we will provide everything you need!
