AN EXTENDED PRACTICE - A little more time to slow down, explore and simply be.

Have you ever wanted to spend just that little bit extra time in Savasana or maybe work on a trickier asana (pose)?
This extended practice gives you the space to move beyond the usual class time, allowing you to settle more deeply into your practice without feeling rushed.
We'll take longer to explore some of the more challenging asanas, breaking them down and giving you time to understand, experiment and find what feels right for your body, learning adaptations where needed.
And of course 'le piece de resistance' we'll finish with a deliciously long Savasana and guided meditation, giving you time to truly surrender, rest and come home to yourself.
