‘Wow what an incredible experience! this was my first intro to Flow Dance Meditation and it really didn’t disappoint. Everything about the evening was magical, the scenery, the circle of people and the friendliness of the organisers.

I was surprised at how relaxed I became with the flow dance, moving into a different space and mindset.

The sound healing was incredible too and the bowls were beautiful. It helped me sleep all night!

Loving the Ibiza vibes too.’

Summer Solstice Blessings ☀️

I’ve been totally over thinking this post. How to wish you all a happy solstice, Fathers Day and international yoga day….!

So, instead I’ll tell you what I did to celebrate… first a walk in beautiful Forty Hall enjoying mindfulness and reflection with aome beautiful friends today held within a circle of very tall redwood trees.

Wow, the majesty of them. Nature can be very humbling.

A moment to give thanks for every facet of life..the past, present, future…the good, bad and inbetween…so hum 🙏

Tuesday Tribe we did it!

We rose to the challenge….can you do yoga in your pyjamas and raise money/awareness for ?

The answer, a resounding YES 🙌

We also tried out our new headphones for a deep sound bath and forest bathing ….which was dreamy!
