This February Half-Term, StepChange Hockey is excited to offer a range of Development Camps for hockey enthusiasts of all ages. We are also running The Performance Experience for those looking to take their hockey skills to the next level! 🏑

The Goalkeeper Camps will be led by Rose Thomas, ex GB and Welsh international GK and super coach! Rose is Epsom HC Head of Goalkeeping. There are two Goalkeeper clinics: Development GK clinic in the morning 9:30 - 12:00 and Performance GK clinic in the afternoon 13:00 - 15:30 on the 24th of July. We are currently organising an August date so stay tuned for more. During the clinics we will be covering fundamental and advanced skills coupled with talking about tactical situations you will experience.

Our popular Development Camps are back this Summer. These camps are super fun and action packed, while learning lots of hockey techniques and skills. Throughout the day there are lots of skill challenges, focused gameplay, and fun competition. We will be covering 3D skills, hitting, and tackling for our techniques and our gameplay will be targeted towards applying pressure to the opposition and creating space.

There will be a lunch break, so please bring a packed lunch, drinks and suncream it will be hot. We have two days of Development camps one 24th of July and one 21st of August. Both are at Old Schools Lane in Ewell and are 9:30am - 3:30pm. You are more than welcome to book onto both or one day. Head over to our website to book on.

Our Performance Experience is over two days with Nick Page, Anthony Rawlinson, and Tom Smith as coaches. The first day is on the 26th of July, the second day is on the 23rd of August. The camp will have technical focuses on highly skilled ball carry, receiving and reverse stick shooting. There will be a mindset talk and more introductions into strength and conditioning. Followed by tactical gameplay with formations and presses. We will record the gameplay for video analysis, and this will be shown on the second day.

This camp is aimed at U14-U18 for those at/aiming for county level and above. It is great for players who are looking to improve their hockey, push for senior hockey and move higher up teams, prepare for university hockey and talent academies.

Easter Hockey Camps! 🐥

Our Development Camps are back! We have a super fun camp planned with our coaching team. The days will be filled with hockey skills, games and prizes to be won. We had 25 players on this camp in February, it was loads of fun with lots of 3D skills and games! So make sure to book on quick.
