What a great way to start my birthday parkrun. Thank you to all my amazing running friends from who turned up to run with me today 💚💜 the other half even joined in with our Loki 🐶. Thank you all again you guys are the best.

This Saturday is my birthday and will be heading to for parkrun so if anyone would like to join me then your more than welcome 🌲🥳 followed by coffee and cake 🍰☕️

Today I was on marshal duties from the half marathon but it was change due to flooding. Well done to the guys for changing the course so last minute you did an amazing job. Well done to all the runner 👍 Big shout out to my team who had the difficult task in sorting out the route and us marshals 👏

Lovely morning for a park run around the woods 🌲 but omg when did running start feeling this hard 🫤 two years premenopausal and boy this year I’m starting to feel it more 😭 today felt like I was running with a tyre around my waist ☹️ but I got it done. It will get better 🙏 nothing will stop me running. **kyoumenopause

I ordered one of these packs for myself to try it out to notice I had paid for two 🤦🏻‍♀️ so the kind people refunded me but have asked me to gift the spare to someone who would like to give it a try. So if like me you are perimenopausal/menopausal and are on the patches then this spray will help remove the glue from your skin. So if you would like to give it a go then please let me know. 😀

So today I should of been on the start line for a 5k race around Haldon but I decided not to run ☹️ it’s so hard calling it but finding it hard to get back after this cold and life is just so busy. I have learnt to listen to my body ( it’s taking some time 😂 ) so I got to watch as my lad was in there somewhere on the start line in his first race 🩵

5k done this morning which felt hard as struggling since I’ve had this cold bug but getting it done. Loving my new hoodie from keeping me warm after my run
