⭐️ I’ve been quiet on here for a while… and I think it’s because I needed to reconnect with why I started in the first place 🥇
⭐️ A lot of people see where I am now, but not many know how I actually felt at the beginning 🤷🏼♀️
⭐️ I remember feeling uncomfortable in myself, lacking confidence, and not really recognising the person looking back at me. Starting was hard. Showing up was hard. Even believing I could change felt hard 🙄
⭐️ But I did it anyway… slowly, step by step 🦶
⭐️ And that journey is the reason I care so much about what I do now 😊
⭐️ Because I know how much it means when someone supports you, understands you, and genuinely wants you to succeed 🙌🏽
⭐️ That’s what I try to be for every single person I coach 💯
⭐️ This isn’t about being perfect or going all in overnight. It’s about building confidence, feeling stronger, and becoming someone you’re proud of — in your own time 🕰️

💚 World Mental Health Day 💚
⭐️ There was a time when I didn’t recognise myself — when I felt stuck, unhappy, and completely lost 💚
⭐️ Exercise started as something I had to do to change my body, but what I didn’t realise was how much it would change my mind 💚
⭐️ Running became my therapy 💚
⭐️ Lifting gave me strength in more ways than one 💚
⭐️ And moving my body helped me quiet the noise in my head 💚
⭐️ It’s not always easy. Some days, the hardest part is just showing up. But that’s okay — progress isn’t just physical 💚
⭐️ It’s learning to give yourself grace, to rest when you need it, and to keep going even when it feels tough 💚
