The anger that was boiling in Mia’s blood was nothing but anger until I showed her how to turn that emotion into discipline.
Meet Mia, working full-time, with a large circle of friends, that involved frequent meals out, and most of her nights busy.
Mia wanted to shed some kilos to improve her body shape and get stronger. So on our first call, we talked about what her week looked like and I started to plan around that, once I understood Mia’s lifestyle I was then able to precisely plan and program around this.
we changed training days and times, we checked hydration, sleep quality, recovery and a key aspect of the plan was what Mia was eating on her social occasions.
After making several changes, working a bit harder in the gym (less chatting and less screen time), modifying her gym program and altering what her meals looked like which involved reducing her carbs, cutting down the 4 to 5 beers to one, and skipping dessert most nights instead of every night, these were the essential steps it took to help Mia achieved from where she was to where she is now.

I've been Let down and disappointed by other coaches I've in the past.
Unfortunately in this day and age the fitness industry is heavily over saturated, and heavy saturation lies in this industry due to it being too easy to obtain a qualification with no real knowledge of the industry, experience with people or achieving results.
Meet Becky, a hard-working individual that has been a few a few coaches to say the least, the stories I've heard from Becky unfortunately don't surprise me and I've also heard the same/similar stories from other clients that I've taken on as well.
It was very difficult for Becky to put faith and trust into another coach, considering the experiences she's had with the previous, but she took the risk, put faith into me, and now she's where she wants to be in life.
Becky has done an outstanding job with adherence and following the nutritional guidance that I gave her, surprisingly enough, even with previous coaches she was very new to structure and nutrition and also very new to the gym training.
After being told that she was the problem and she was the reason she wasn't where she needed to be, was enough for Becky to walk out on a PT session and never returned back to that Gym again.
These are the steps we took to achieve Becky's results,
A consistent resistant training program which included 3 days of cardio a week and 3-4 weight training sessions.
12,000 to 15,000 steps a day,a mixture of indoor & outdoor expenditure.
Basic but specific nutritional changes that impacted her positively physically and mentally.
Becky's commitment to adhering to the program, the advice that was given and always remaining accountable.

From couch to champion
With a family of two, Emma wanted more out of her life. She hated her job, she spent most of her time watching netflix and feeling unhappy.
Emma shared a lot with me on our first call, from her lifestyle, to her job, to how she felt on a daily basis, and everything she tried wasn’t working.
Emma exercised a couple days a week on and off with no real planning.
The first and most important thing for me to help Emma with was her mental health, so this is what we did: two hours of being outdoors which also improved her mood and overall expenditure, a fitness programme that aligned with her goals and she could stick to, and a simple nutrition plan of a daily decrease of sugar and increased protein based on her favourite foods.
After the first couple of weeks of making these lifestyle and nutritional changes, Emma was feeling much better within herself mentally and physically.
As you can see by the results Emma achieved, we only needed a few adjustments and adherence.

From holiday to hero...
With a family of three Charlie wanted more out of her life, she didn't enjoy her job, she spent most of her time binge eating/drinking and feeling depressed.
Charlie expressed a lot to me on our first call from her lifestyle, to her job, to how she felt on a daily basis, and everything she was implementing wasn't working.
Charlie didn't do a lot of training, odd day here and there and the odd 5k, but apart from that there wasn't much else going on.
The first and most important thing for me to help Charlie with was her mental health, so this is what we did: two hours outside which also got her steps in, a gym programme that she was comfortable with to start with and a basic nutrition plan of a daily increase of protein based on her favourite foods.
After the first couple months of making these lifestyle and nutritional changes, Charlie was feeling much better within herself mentally and physically, we had a catch up call after being told this, Charlie said she was ready to level up and move onto bigger and better things, we made our foundation.
As you can see by the results Charlie achieved, it all started from step 1, not step 100, just 1.

Emily always dreamed of losing her body fat and building muscle, She tried all the diets, and all the different training programs, had a couple of coaches in the past which, unfortunately just took her money, her dreams and aspirations.

On our first call, Bethany said she wasn't interested in six packs or being a low body fat percentage, for Bethany it was all about shifting a few pounds she was really struggling to shake off.
Bethany trained 2-3 days a week consistently, ate relatively well and got okay sleep.
I explained to Bethany that your current lifestyle is fantastic if you want to stay in the same shape that you are now, however, if you really want to get to your desired goals, we're gonna have to make a few changes.
Bethany has been a fantastic client, and all she needed was some adjustments, support and guidance.
Beth told me everything, how often she ate, what she ate, portion sizes, her lifestyle, water intake, and so on.
this is basically what we did to achieve These fantastic results, changed her gym program to align with her goals, trained optimally, added an extra training day on (4 a week), ate more protein, did a 16–4 intermittent fast 2 days of the week, increase our water intake, and put a proper sleep schedule in place.
now the above may sound like a lot, but to Bethany, it was quite a shock when she realised how these small changes made such a massive impact.
no fancy diets, no fancy pills and definitely no fancy magic. we applied science that is results driven and she achieved her desired weight and body definition.

Meet Lucy, an office worker that does a lot of overtime who didn't have enough time for herself, let alone the gym and her fitness aspirations.
it took Lucy 10+ years to have the confidence to reach out and ask for help, just like many, Lucy felt insecure about the way she looked, didn't have any self-esteem, struggle with these generic restrictive diets and training, and had the feeling of guilt asking for help.
I was so proud of Lucy when we first jumped on that call and she expressed all of this to me, she faced a big hurdle reaching out, putting her faith into me and as you can see that faith went a long way.
we started with baby steps and gradually moved our way up the levels as the months passed. She realistically understood that it couldn't be achieved overnight and accepted that it would take some time to adjust and adapt to a new lifestyle.
As you can see from the results above we went from feeling everything that we felt at the beginning to now having so much confidence, being able to train in the gym on her own, massive confidence boost and self-esteem boost and major lifestyle and mindset changes which has totally turned Lucy's life around. Just like everything, it all started from step one, reaching out and asking for help.
i'm honestly, so proud of Lucy's work, and totally sympathised with her every day struggles and the feeling of not being good enough, Lucy quickly realised that we needed a major change in mindset, which effectively came from time management, structure, gym training, running, lifestyle management, sleep management, water intake, nutritional management, and every day consistency.

Unfortunately in this day and age, there's too much propaganda and contradictory information out there, which leads people into this negative spiral of wanting something they can't achieve.
Meet Claire, a full-time worker with a family and a heavy workload.
After our first initial call, I learnt so much about Claires exposure in the fitness industry, and how she had 8 personal trainers previously, and two online coaches, and all of them lead her astray, took her money and never gave her the results she deserved.
Claire was extremely apprehensive if she should ever consider hiring another coach again, and luckily enough, she found me.
I heard the stories of her experiences with previous personal trainers, and my God, I was shocked to say the least.
I could totally appreciate the apprehensiveness of Claire's decision of wanting to hire another coach considering the awful background she had with previous trainers, to not turning up, never replying, not supporting her, vanishing from the gym floor and the list goes on...
So I started from step one like always, after our first initial call, I got to learn everything I could about Claire, her lifestyle, her home life, family commitments, workload, and basically her whole life schedule Monday to Sunday.
Claire has always been a very dedicated and committed person with no issues with adherence, so I knew I could throw her in the deep end, and I don't often get asked to do that.
Ever since day one, Claire followed the plan precisely, followed all of the nutritional advice I gave her and we rapidly turned things around in a short space of time.
Claire understood that it was about small sacrifices and what you put in and she did a fantastic job in communicating with me and updating me weekly on her situation from all aspects which allowed me to accurately change specific parts of her programming, at home and at the gym to acquire these amazing results she's achieved.

we re-adjusted training days, we had a look at water intake, sleep management, recovery and a key element to the plan was what Alex was consuming on her social meals out.
after making several tweaks, pushing a bit harder in the gym, tweaking her gym program and changing what her meals out looked like which included increasing her protein intakes, knocking off the 4 to 5 glasses of wine to one, and Sharing desert instead of ordering her own, these were the necessary steps It took to help Alex get from where she was to where she is now.
