What you do day to day impacts your mood significantly…
Habits, whether good or bad, shape how we see the world and our moods. If we practice gratitude, and move our bodies we will feel well 👉 improving our mood. If we eat foods that make us feel sluggish and are sedentary most of the day, we won’t feel energised 👉 worsening our mood.
