U11’s First league game of the season! ❤️🖤⚽

Another amazing performance from the boys this morning against Okehampton Youth Football Club. Some of the football they’re playing at the moment is an absolute pleasure to watch! 👌🔥

What impressed us most was the effort, energy and teamwork from every player. Even in the final few minutes, they were still working incredibly hard for each other, determined to win the ball back and protect what they’d worked for.

We’re really starting to see the things we’ve been working on in training coming through in matches playing with confidence, being brave on the ball and showing a real desire when we don’t have it.

A brilliant performance, showing fantastic work rate, some great footwork and being a real threat in attack throughout. Well deserved! 👏

What a way to start the season! ❤️🖤⚽

A fantastic performance from the U11 boys this weekend away at Dawlish United - full of energy and desire to really play football.

We asked them to show real determination to win the ball back out of possession, and then to be brave, find space and play our football when we had it. They absolutely nailed both. 💪🏻

It was a pleasure to watch, and it was especially nice to hear the opposition coaches being so complimentary about our boys and the way they play football.

Under 10’s Pre-season complete. ⚽️🔴⚫️

Our final friendly saw us in a tough battle against Galmpton – exactly the kind of test we needed to get us ready for the new season! A great effort from the whole team and plenty to take into the season ahead. 💪

What a day at the Broadclyst Football Club Summer Tournament! ❤️🖤⚽

An incredible effort from every single player today.

Competing against some very strong teams, the boys recorded 4 wins from 8 games, conceded just 2 goals, and suffered only one defeat - to the eventual group winners with virtually the last kick of the game. That saw us finish 2nd in Group A, just one point off top spot, before reaching the quarter-finals.

The results were fantastic, but what made us even prouder was the way the team played. The confidence on the ball, teamwork, movement and determination we’ve been building all season were there for everyone to see. Every player contributed, worked tirelessly for each other and represented St Martins FC - Juniors with pride.

To finish runners-up in such a competitive group at the Broadclyst FC Summer Tournament is a brilliant achievement and a reflection of how far this team has come over the past year.

A huge thank you to Broadclyst FC for putting on another excellent tournament, and to all our parents and supporters for cheering the boys on throughout the day.
