We are a friendly training group who specialise in road, trails and cross country running...hence the name RTC. RTC Warriors are not a club. We love PBs!

We are a community of positive people who support and encourage each other. New members are always most welcome and we cater for all abilities at every distance from 5k to marathon and beyond. Whether it is Road, Trail or Country you will find someone in our group who will help you. We offer three sessions a week. Tuesday and Thursday we meet at various locations in the Falkirk area at 6.30pm. On

RTC Legion d’ Honneur awards
Christmas night out
Autumn Challenge

Good afternoon Warriors, three important pieces of news for you.

Firstly, our β€˜Legion d’ Honneur’ awards celebrate those Warriors who show dedication and perseverance by completing the events we run each year.

The Legion d’ Honneur award is presented to those who complete two out of three of our main events (Winter Series, Summer Series and Tour of Falkirk)

I am delighted to announce this year’s recipients are John M, Rosemary, David G and Conor.

The Gold Legion d’ Honneur is awarded to those who complete all three of the above events. Drum roll please for Alison, Hazel L, Linda S, Ruth and Sara!

Congratulations to all our award winners who will be presented at our annual dinner in the Four Marys which I can exclusively reveal will take place on Saturday 5th December. Make a note in your diary! Kirsten will in due course have further deets.

Many of you will be aware β€˜We❀️PBs at RTC!’ The Autumn Challenge is your opportunity to turn PBs or SBs (seasons best) into entries to our grand prize draw.
The way it works… Each PB or SB gives you one entry. There is no limit to the number of times you can enter so the more PBs you can clock up the better your chance in the draw.
You need to let us know either on Strava or through our social media feeds you’ve snagged a PB/SB by using the tag line
The challenge runs until the end of October so you’ve got 8 full weeks to clock up those fast times!
And finally, like everything we do at RTC there is no charge!
Tonight’s final Summer TT is your first chance to get in the draw - so good luck and run fast Warriors!

Good evening everyone! The message below is from a truly wonderful RTC Warrior who is running to raise money for a very important and worthy cause. Please consider supporting him and his charity, if you are able to do so. Many thanks everyone πŸ₯°

From Gary McKenna

This September I’ll be running the Loch Ness Marathon to raise money for Alzheimer Scotland, in memory of Mary Gold, Grant Thomson and Ray Lynch who were affected by dementia and are sadly no longer with us. ❀️

This is a cause that means a great deal to me and to people close to me. I’m hoping that by taking on the 26.2 miles around Loch Ness, I can raise something in their memory while helping Alzheimer Scotland continue to support people living with dementia, their families and carers.

If anyone would like to sponsor me, I’d be incredibly grateful. Any amount, no matter how small, would be hugely appreciated β€” and sharing the post would help too.

Thank you for your support β€” in memory of those we’ve lost, and for everyone living with dementia and the families and friends who are affected by it. ❀️
