Another busy weekend for EPIC GIGability. On Saturday we had a Club Row and on Sunday some Club Maintenance, row and coffee.

Onboard was our latest new member Chris, who is still serving in the RN.

As a club we offer "Taster rows" to introduce you safely to rowing with experienced Coxes and crews. The benefits are huge.

EPIC GIGability had a successful Maintenance period, row and post row coffee yesterday morning in ideal weather. This we are hoping to repeat next Sunday and it's great to combine all these beneficial elements of club membership.

We were also delighted to welcome along Chris, a still serving Matelot and potential new member.

It was another busy weekend for EPIC GIGability. On Friday our Carrick Roads race crew were competing and on Sunday it was the turn of our club rowers. All rounded off with a brew at the Golden Arches.

EPIC GIGability were delighted yesterday to welcome our Patron Colonel Edward Bolitho KCVO OBE CStJ and his wife Alexandra to our social row, along with our Honourary Life Members Sandra Murison and Mike Selwood.

Our Gigs "Britannia", "EPIC Energy" and "Valiant" crews enjoyed a stunning row out in Falmouth Harbour.

Great camaraderie amongst those that served and those that still do, along with Spouses and Partners who are very much a part of our club.

At EPIC GIGability we can offer social, club and competitive rowing.

On Friday our crew took part in the Carrick Roads races putting in a very good performance.

On Saturday and Sunday mornings we launched our club rows into the Falmouth waters.

This Tuesday our Social rowing crews will be out too with 3 Gigs on the water.

EPIC GIGability were delighted to invite along for a row last Saturday, 6 Clinicians from The Cornwall Stroke Service of Cornwall Foundation NHS Trust.

The aim of their visit to us was to see at firsthand and experience EPIC GIGability's amazing Blue Water Therapy opportunities for Military Veterans. They will now be able to signpost to us any Veterans for both the physical and mental wellbeing benefits of rowing with EPIC.

It was not all rowing though, as a well earned pitstop was made at The Working Boat.

A big thank you to Cornwall Stroke Service for the outstanding work you undertake for us all.

Our Saturday Club Members were out in EPIC Energy this morning under the watchful eye of Cox Denzil and Trainee Cox "Scupper" 🦮

Then we attended the Grand Re-opening of Falmouth Maccie D's during our post row coffees.
