Inner warrior camp

Hi Hags, I hope you're all keeping well,I have some good news we will be able to return to fitness training from next week, obviously we have guidelines that need to be adhered to at all times, there is a one way system operating in the clubhouse but I will run through everything with you on Tuesday before we start, you will be training in groups of 5 players and 1 coach, please can you let me know asap if you are able to attend, really looking forward to seeing you all, I've really missed you lovelies, many thanks # # # # #

We are still recruiting new players for our girls and ladies teams, open to all females aged 12 and over, training is on a Tuesday evening 7-8.30pm at Cams Alders recreation ground, Palmerston drive, Fareham. PO14 1DJ.
We offer 2 free taster sessions after that it is £75 for the whole year.
Just come on down and give it a go, it's great for fitness and even better for socialising and making new friends

Not long to go until our inner warrior camp so come on down to fareham Heathens rugby club, Cams alders recreation ground, Palmerston drive, fareham PO14 1DJ. The session will be from 1.30 to 3.30pm and is open to all females aged 12 years and over, it will provide you with an introduction to rugby, there will be plenty of games and fun activities, the bar and kitchen will be open so you'll have access to food and drink at very competitive prices and to top it all off this session is absolutely FREE!!!!!
