EA Wheelchair Basketball

We are back on this week 💪

See you all Weds16th April 🏀

Enable Ability Wheelchair Basketball Club runs at Portchester Community School on Wednesday evenings from 5-7.30pm.

We are open to all abilities - you do not have to be a wheelchair user to join in.

We provide wheelchairs, so all you need to do is turn up with a drink.

The 5-6pm session consists of fun games such as bulldog and piggy in the middle as well as drills to master the basic skills.

The 6-7.30pm session, for more advanced players, is a basketball game.

The sessions are run by two Level 2 coaches who are first aid trained and DBS checked.

The sessions run in the school term only.

Family / support are more than welcome to stay courtside for the session.

Sessions are £7.

New to the sport and not sure if it's a good fit?

No problem!

You can come to any session to try out the sport. We have different size wheelchairs and all have different skills.

There is a space for everyone on our court.

We're back TODAY

It'll be lovely to see everyone, have a great game of basketball and stop being 100% asleep in a chair by the christmas tree!
