Start your yoga journey this Spring! I am running a class for beginners or those who wish to refresh their yoga skills. We’ll take a gentle approach to learning the basic yoga postures, with lots of stretching, breath awareness and relaxation techniques. No prior knowledge of yoga required and all levels of fitness welcome.
