💙⚽️FOOTBALL FAMILY⚽️💙
Thank you to all the players & parents that took
part in my
"PLAYER LED" Tournament today.
Over 80 amazing players running their own
teams, subs, formations...etc with no coaches or
managers allowed on the pitch.
I wanted to let the players play, learn from their
mistakes & find their voice whilst not having hear
coaches/managers shout instructions at them.
Looking forward to running my next one very
soon 👍🏽

PLAYER-LED TOURNAMENT 🏆
Thanks to all the players that took part in this afternoons “Player-Led tournament”.
❌ No managers/parents coaching the players
✅ Players have manage their own team, formation, subs etc.

• 3 servers (bottom of the pitch) working on their long distance driven pass
• top player - 1 touch set to the finisher
• finisher has 3 one touch finishes into 3 different goals
⏱ complete within 15 seconds
🔁 players rotate after each finishing cycle
