Meadhurst Badminton Club In Sunbury

Last night we held a handicapped in-house tournament. Very good turnout of 32 players . The winners are here ( no names as I promised everyone) . With handicaps it gives everyone a fair chance of winning . The Cliff Lillie trophy is the prize and a bottle of wine to the winners and runners up .
Seemed like everyone enjoyed it .

Xmas and 60 years of the club celebrations tonight . @ 20 of us had a get together with games , a buffet and a few bevvies in our club bar .
One man won all the party games , Bingo , heads n tails and dingbats !!
Not a ‘wild’ do but all seemed to enjoy it after the badminton session .
60 years is quite an accolade…, Here’s to the next 60 ! Merry Christmas to all .
