A massive well done to our Youth Women’s Group and Junior Men’s Group who represented Great Britain at the World Championships last weekend in Pesaro, Italy.

Unfortunately it wasn’t the competition we had hoped for with some things not going to plan, but we are so incredibly proud of you for going out there and giving it your best, and you should be just as proud of yourselves for making it to the highest level of competition in our sport.

Congratulations all, we can’t wait to get you all back in the gym!🤸‍♀️
