This is for the woman who’s in the middle of real life right now.

Have you just had a baby, or pregnant and exhausted in a way no one really prepared you for.

Maybe you’re back at work, juggling everything, running on empty but still showing up for everyone else.

Maybe your body feels different lately. Your energy isn’t the same. Your routine is gone and you can’t seem to get it back.

Maybe it’s stress. Burnout. Hormones shifting. Or just months (or years) of putting yourself last and not being heard by the doctors. You feel your fighting a losing battle because you dont know whats going on.

And somewhere in all of that… you’ve ended up disconnected from yourself.
Not overnight. Slowly. Quietly.
This isn’t about blaming you or telling you to “try harder”.

It’s about building something that actually fits your life as it is right now.
We don't need to keep looking into the past, change happens, we grow, we flourish, its okay to change, its okay to grow & notice that chapter of your life has closed.

I will support you with structure, Strength training that doesn’t burn you out, not to worry about calories and macros and how to diet and get your steps in all at the same time.

We will focus on consistency you can actually maintain through REAL LIFE.

That’s what The Bolt Rooms is for.

Helping women rebuild strength, confidence and routine through real life seasons not perfect ones.

If this feels familiar, start your reset via the link in bio, stop messing about, stop putting it off & start putting YOU first ⚡️

F**k it! The suns out in glasgow!!

A few drinks in the beer garden.
A takeaway on the way home.
The gym gets skipped.
The routine’s off.

Then Monday rolls round, its a bank holiday weekend but it end it’s the same story:
“F**k it. I’ll start again next week.”

But here’s the truth most women need to hear:
The drink isnt the problem.
It’s the mindset behind it.
It’s your relationship with it.
It’s the all or nothing thinking, that tells you one weekend means the full week’s ruined cause you know your gunna be feeling depressed.

That’s the cycle keeping so many women stuck.
Because real lifestyle change isnt about never going out.
It’s no about cutting everything out or saying no to every plan.
It’s about building the mindset, structure and balance to enjoy yourself without abandoning yourself.

With the right support, structure and coaching from myself a few drinks doesnt need to turn into:
❌ writing off the whole weekend
❌ skipping every session
❌ bingeing because “you’ve already blown it”
❌ another Monday restart

Instead, it becomes exactly what it should be…
A few drinks. Then back to your routine. No guilt. No spiral. No starting again.
That’s exactly what we teach inside SGPT.
A female-only coaching community built to help busy women break the cycle for good.

Mindset first.
The rest follows.
SGPT JUNE ENROLMENT OPENS WEDNESDAY 10TH JUNE.

If you’re done saying
“I’ll start again Monday”
DM me "IM READY" & lets help support you with your mindset without ever feeling guilty.

Fertility issues don't pause real life, and real life doesn't pause for our heartbreak.

Behind the scenes, while coaching women, showing up in schools, supporting clients and being there for my family… I was miscarrying.

We both, showed up to work in the mornings after negative tests, smiling through conversations while carrying heartbreak quietly inside me. And somehow, through it all, continuing to show up also became part of what helped us heal.

Being around clients, supporting other women and continuing to build something meaningful slowly became a space for me, somewhere I could still laugh, connect and feel purpose on the heavier days.

Over time, fertility has affected me mentally & emotionally in ways I never imagined. The losses, the waiting, the uncertainty, the constant cycle of hope and heartbreak.

What many people don’t always see is how isolating fertility journeys can be, especially for same-sex couples.
There are two women on this journey.
Two women hoping.
Two women grieving.
Two women trying to stay strong for each other, while navigating additional steps, support and waiting that others don’t always see or understand.

So much of this experience is carried quietly. Miscarriages, chemical pregnancies, ectopic pregnancies and losses happen far more often than many realise, often behind closed doors.

That’s why the spaces I create have always mattered so much to me. A place where women can be, honest, feel heard, feel understood, and not feel like they have to pretend they’re okay or ever feel they are being judged.

And while I’m still on my own journey, I’ve had the privilege of watching some of my clients move from heartbreak to hope through fertility after their own difficult experiences, we have so many mini pocket rockets and more still to come. I would never take credit for that, but witnessing that shift in someones life is something I’ll always hold close.

This is for every woman carrying something heavy while still showing up every day, and for every same-sex couple navigating fertility while feeling unseen. You are not alone.

The Bolt rooms community, will always hold space for you to be part of ⚡️

4 weeks of adjustments.
4 weeks of consistency.
4 weeks of better eating habits.
4 weeks of following a structured plan.

Feeling & looking 100x better than she did when she was on mounjaro.

This is not a 4 week transformation, this is showcasing what can be happen within your first 4 weeks if you follow plan. Baring in mind, my client is a single mum and works full time in the NHS. This wasn't a strict diet, or focusing on a calorie defecit, this was working round my clients lifestyle and building better habbits that she can enjoy.

The last 4 weeks: reduced bloating, period back on track, mindset changes, better relationships with food & alcohol. More inclined to train than go out and party.

So proud of my client as to how far shes came already & cannot wait to see what the next 8 weeks bring ⚡️

If you are a single mum, struggling with your mindset towards training, or just fed up of jagging and want to feel and look good for the summer...

If you didn’t train over Easter… honestly, who did?
Kids off school, work, life it all piles up. It’s not about motivation, it’s just real life getting in the way. Sometimes there is less time for you when you need to keep the kids occupied. That's parenthood!

I get it!
I'm from a single parent home, i understand the struggles.

That’s why you don’t need a babysitter here, EVER!
Bring the kids. Get it done. Let them see your strength⚡️
