We’ve been reflecting on progress recently. From the starting point to now. This is what happens when you stop looking for quick fixes and start committing to yourself day after day
Progress doesn’t happen overnight.
It’s built through the morning workouts, the hard days, the rainy walks, the moments you can’t be arsed but chose to keep going anyway.
consistency is what changes everything.
we get so focused on how far we still want to go that we forget to look back at where we started. Then when you look back you realise just how much can change over time when you keep pushing yourself 💖
Over time your confidence grows, alongside your self belief, discipline, strength, and becoming the person you always wanted to be.
Small steps.
Everyday.
Over a period of time.
Big results.

Can we all just take a minute to appreciate 🔥 🔥
She’s looking incredible.
Photos from December until yesterday at a charity lunch.
Megan started training with me in January and so far has been putting the work in everyday.
Over the past few months she has made sacrifices. Not going out every weekend. Shes created new habits.
Walking more. Tracking her macros and also attending the gym.
Her last one to one sessions are this week before her trip to Ibiza ☀️ ☀️
Then continuing on with a 12 week block of one to one coaching on her return 👏
Not losing you yet!!! Buzzing to keep working together with you ❤️🤩
