Solid as a BLOK!! Blok Dance Troupe is a group of professional female dancers from central Scotland.

The Troupe are professionally trained to a high standard in a variety of dance styles including Latin American, Salsa, Hip Hop, Hip Hop Combination, Freestyle, Rock & Roll and Cheerleading.
