XS Taekwon-do classes are led by Chief Instructor Marie McAneny – 5th Degree International Instructor with a team of professional full time Instructors.
Training times are every Thursday:
Family class (All ages & all grades) : 5.30pm to 6.30pm

Squad Training - for Rainbows, Juniors and Adults
The focus will be on leg conditioning and strength, sparring drills and footwork, and fitness and stamina,! Will also cover stretching, agility and speed drills!

We will continue to follow the guidance on social distancing, using hand gel frequently, following track and trace procedures and maintaining the correct numbers allowed for each class. Therefore, students MUST book in advance. All training will be non contact and footwear must be worn. Masks will be required to be worn on entrance to the venue and again on leaving. Parents will be required to drop their children off and pick them up. There will be no spectators allowed in the hall. Each venue will also be cleaned in between classes.
As we restart our classes, we would ask everyone to please support all the efforts we are making to ensure our classes run safely. Our classes times are reduced for now to support the health & safety measures which will allow our instructors to clean the venue before the next class. However, class times may change on a weekly basis at the moment. A strict booking system will be in place so please do not turn up to a class if you haven’t already booked.
On behalf of myself and all the instructors we would like to say a massive thank you to everyone who has supported us over the past 6 months. All students who have cancelled or reduced their training fees and would like to access the indoor classes please contact us by private message or email [email protected].
