Half marathon 2:08 ✅

Been a fast 6 weeks training for this. Everything was going well until the last 5k I blew up. Came out of no where which is annoying. Will defo be back to try and aim for sub 2

Thanks to .peak for keeping with me and getting me through that last 5k 😂😂

Swedish and Deep tissue massage

I offer both these services and clients really see the results of having regular treatments. Once per month is seen as regular but I do have clients who come in once per week at times

Been chipping away with running lately and trying to keep it in the diary 2/3 times per week still

Yesterday, was easy 3km warm up then 3x400 with 1 min rest and then another set of 3x400m. It’s definitely a struggle to run quicker than you normally would in these and recovering in a minute to go again.

Hopefully with the nicer weather it’ll be easier to hit these sessions. If you asked me a while back these sounded nicer sessions but now I 100% prefer slow stead runs.

Running is always more enjoyable with friends so grab a pal and get out there😊

Hyrox Glasgow 2025 ✅

We got the PB and that’s what counts. Got to keep working on the running so that’s the plan 😂

We still had a great time. The whole event was much better this year. Think they should stick to the 4 days.

So many clients are now interested in hyrox which is fun🙃 let’s see how many do it next year🤔
