i am a BATD trained dance teacher with over 20 years teaching experience. Many adults danced throughout their child hood or wished they had! This is a brilliant way to experience dance whilst getting fit! If you have any questions, please get in touch. I look forward to meeting you at BalletBeFit. Wear soft shoes, socks or bare feet, and bring along an exercise mat or towel.
