Our Bite & Blether sessions at Allan Glen’s RFC are all about bringing people together for a cuppa, a chat, and good company.

We’re looking for friendly volunteers to help create a warm, welcoming space for members of the community who may be feeling isolated.

No special skills needed. Just a bit of time, a kind face, and community spirit.

Another brilliant week under the lights last Friday 🙌

A massive thank you to everyone who’s come along so far and helped create such a fun, welcoming atmosphere.

Our U13s were at the Strathendrick Girls Festival today and what a day they had!

🏆 Overall Tournament Winners
🏅 Team Award for Outstanding Play & Teamwork

Results:
✅ Dundee/Aberfeldy – 4:0 win
✅ Cambuslang/Glenrothes – 5:0 win
✅ Strathendrick – 3:1 win
🏆 Final: Falkirk/Ayr – WINNERS!

A huge shoutout to Amy, who should be incredibly proud of herself and the rugby skills and values she showed today. 💙

As the only Glen’s player in a combined squad with players from Wigtownshire, Waysiders/Drumpellier, Lochaber and Paisley, Amy stepped up to captain the team through a tough run of matches. Despite only meeting most of her teammates during the warm-up, she showed fantastic leadership, commitment and enthusiasm throughout the day.

An award very well deserved by the whole team👏💪

Following Tartan Touch this Friday, our planned Watch Party has been cancelled out of respect for the McManus family.

The Ulster v Warriors game will still be shown at the club as normal.

Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to seeing everyone at the club.
