The big man posing for a picture like he’s just singed a 3 year deal with Brechin. Shame he forgot to put his calves on before the picture. 🐝
The big man has actually done about 140 sessions but in true Chris fashion, I forgot. So today he receives his coveted 100 sessions Tshirt. 👏🏼
In all seriousness, very proud of Shaun. Turns up, does the work and brings the patter with him. 🤪

One for the dads…
It brings out another side of you becoming a dad.
It highlights your best traits, but conversely it can eat you alive if you let it.
“Am I doing enough? Have I done enough for Becky today? Will he grow up to be the man we want him too if I continue to do what I’m doing?”
All these questions and more become regular thoughts, but the reality is you’re likely doing what you need to and more.
These are just becoming more prevalent because of one thing, and it’s not that they’re true, it’s just that you care.
If there’s any dads that are struggling out there, reach out. You’re not alone.
